Baltimore Ravens fans are set for a treat as the inaugural Isaiah Likely Softball Slam, a charity softball game benefiting Special Olympics Maryland, was announced today, scheduled for June 1st at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium; the event, produced by Milwaukee-based TEAM LAMMI, will feature a showdown between the Ravens' offensive and defensive players, offering fans a fun-filled afternoon with TV and radio personalities from WBAL-TV, 98 Rock, and WBAL NewsRadio also participating.
Tickets, ranging from $15 to $80 for autograph alley rows, go on sale April 11th via the Aberdeen IronBirds website and box office, with limited VIP tickets also available, as Isaiah Likely expressed his excitement for the event, emphasizing the opportunity to interact with fans and raise funds for a worthy cause, while Jim Schmutz, president and CEO of Special Olympics Maryland, conveyed gratitude for Likely's support, highlighting the event's role in promoting the transformative power of sport and inclusion.

Isaiah Likely, born April 18, 2000, is an NFL tight end for the Baltimore Ravens, drafted in the fourth round of 2022 after a college football career at Coastal Carolina; he grew up in Cambridge, Massachusetts, attending Malden High School before transferring to Everett High School for his senior year, where he demonstrated his football prowess with a notable junior year performance of 59 receptions, 917 yards, and 11 touchdowns.
